Little Knotheads will gladly exchange unworn items with tags attached or issue a store credit or refund within 7 days of the day you receive your items. Items must be unworn, in sellable condition with tags attached.  All Sale items, products noted as final sale in the description, Shoes, Bathing Suits and Accessories are FINAL sale.

Once we receive the original item(s) and your package is processed, you will receive a credit in the amount paid or a refund back on the card used (excluding any shipping costs). This usually takes between 5-7 business days after we receive the items. 

 Refunds will only be applied In the case that an item has been sold out and is no longer available, Item is damaged, wrong item or size sent or the package was lost in transit.
